It may surprise you to know that the Bible commands us to “be rich.” Through this initiative we are hoping to discover and practice the kind of “being rich” that the Bible commands of us. The kind of rich that is not measured in our accumulation of wealth, but our capacity to be generous. A kind of rich not measured in fame, but service. A kind of rich that leads the way with irrational generosity. A kind of rich we all wish would fill our community.
